Each registration is for individual use only.
If multiple staff members from your school wish to attend, please register each person separately. We do offer group discounts for 3+ registrations from the same school – contact shona@selenafisk.com for details.

Cancellations received more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable but may be transferred to another staff member from your school.

Recordings will be available for 30 days following the distribution of links.

The InsightED Summit will be hosted on Zoom. We recommend downloading the latest version of the Zoom client before the event for the best experience (We'll email you a reminder in the lead up).
Having your camera on is encouraged during interactive portions and breakout rooms to facilitate better engagement, but it's not required for the main presentations.

We understand educators have enough on their plates, so there is no pre-reading or preparation required.
You'll receive a simple email 2 weeks before the event with the full summit program,, but we won't add to your workload with additional materials.
Just show up ready to engage on the day - we've designed the summit to be valuable without any advance preparation.
You’ll also receive a calendar invitation including the webinar link one week prior to the summit.

Yes. Please feel free to type any of your questions into the chat at any stage during the sessions. We will monitor these and group similar questions.
For ease, please ensure you start your question with the name of the presenter who you would like to ask the question of.
If you have questions after the session, please feel free to enter them in the chat and we will get back to them if we have time or we will collate these and respond in a follow up email.
If you have questions after the summit, please send them either directly to Shona so she can share the responses with everyone, or, if the educator has consented to sharing their contact details, you may email them directly. These details will be sent by email in the days following the summit.

Yes, PDF versions of the presentation slides (where speakers have given permission) will be shared with all registered participants after the event

We will share contact details for presenters who are happy to do this, and you are welcome to email them with follow up questions regarding their session. Please keep in mind that the educator spotlight presenters are leaders within their own school, and have been kind enough to offer their time to answer additional questions.
Selena offers full day, half day consulting services for schools wanting to implement more robust data practices. She also works with a handful of schools each year on a 12-24 month partnership. This program includes a school-wide data diagnostic, two places in Data Champions, resources, and one or two in-person days per term. Each school partnership will look different and is tailored to your school's needs, availability and budget.
