A 12-month action research project that builds the capacity of school data champions, and increases their impact in their sphere of influence.

Find out if this program is right for your school

380 educators from 176 schools have been involved!

Every teacher—not just those with "data" in their job title—needs to use data to improve student outcomes. Leading this change is challenging. Many schools have data champions who want to accelerate progress, but most are self-taught and need support.

What is Data Champions?

A 12-month professional learning program that builds your skills in effective data use and empowers you to train others back at your school. After each session, you'll return with concrete actions to shift your school's data culture. By year's end, you'll present the impact of your project on your school community.

2026 Format Options:

In-person: A better balance with three face-to-face terms and one online
