Data workshops that go beyond theory
3 hour sessions, designed to build real data capability in teams so they can easily analyse, communicate, and use data to make better decisions every day. Workshops can be delivered in-person or online.
Unlike keynotes, workshops are hands-on and grounded in real application. I work directly with your team to help them translate ideas into practical capability through guided learning.
Participants work with real data (often their own), build and refine visualisations, develop data stories, and leave with practical tools and clear next steps for implementation.
These sessions are designed to be accessible, and meet teams where they are, no prior data experience required.

How to make better decisions. Build a shared language around data across your team. You’ll align on how results are interpreted, make consistent data-informed decisions and have the confidence to lead the conversations
Lead with impact: How to plan, reflect, and own the change you create. Get clear on the difference between activity and impact. Be able to clearly articulate the change you’re actually trying to make.
Beyond SMART: Goal-setting for execution and impact. Design goals that translate into clear, measurable priorities while maintaining some flexibility throughout the year.
Operationalising data: Plans, priorities, and execution. The day-to-day execution of your data strategy. Deliver measurable outcomes with clear priorities, ownership, timelines and routines.
Data storytelling for decision-making and influence. Curating insights, creating a clear narrative and guiding stakeholders to what matters. No more reports being skimmed, ignored or misunderstood.
From data to action: Putting your data to work. Understand what the evidence actually means and what decision it should inform.
